I have served as General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Privacy Officer. I helped take two companies public through an IPO and a de-SPAC, built functions from the ground up and led through public and private M&A, investigations, regulatory scrutiny and business openings. Twice, an acquirer selected me to remain as General Counsel and lead integration.
My operating and regulatory experience spans gaming, financial services, technology and hospitality across the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
